From pizza-and-board-games to cleaning up at a local shelter or organizing a food drive, this group is on the move!
In Sunday church services, they are transitioning from serving as acolytes to other roles, such as chalice bearer and lector. Many have chosen to study for their confirmation, and they rotate attendance at church vestry meetings. When discussions turn serious, they share some deeply thought out views about respecting human dignity, racism, human sexuality and Christian social justice. Our future will be in good hands because these young adults care deeply about their faith and the world.
CAYA meets at regular intervals during the school year. All are welcome!
